Syarat dan Kondisi:
1. Belum pernah diterbitkan secara komersil
2. Ukuran 30x25
3. Karya manual diberikan dalam bentuk A4
4. Karya digital: TIFF/PSD/AI/JPG min. 300dpi/max. 600dpi
5. Boleh berwarna atau grayscale (b/w)
6. Tidak menyinggung SARA
7. Bersedia mengalami proses editing
8. Bukan fan-comics/Doujinshi
9. Memiliki unsur Indonesia, baik setting, nama karakter, maupun ide cerita.
10. Style Menggambar bebas.
